Even if your credit card information is correct, the decision on whether or not to use your credit card is based on a comprehensive judgment made by AI, so even if you contact us if you are unable to make a credit card payment, we will be unable to investigate the situation or resolve the issue.

Regarding whether or not you can use your credit card with 3D Secure 2.0, we can only confirm the situation and advise you on how to resolve the issue through communication between you and your contracted credit card company, and we are not involved in this matter.
